Something's off. The career looks right. The life looks right. But you feel hollow, anxious, or disconnected from everything you've built. That's not a mindset problem — it's an identity gap. NowME finds exactly where it is.
Grounded in positive psychology and coaching psychology — the science of human flourishing.

Whichever of these is yours — that is not confusion. That is your OldME, still running a script the world handed you.
Patterns, not diagnoses. NowME is identity education, not therapy — if you are in crisis, a clinician comes first.

The Mirror is the instrument — it finds the identity pattern behind this shape. 4 minutes · free · no account.
A wheel this shape doesn’t roll — it wobbles. And you feel the wobble everywhere: in Monday mornings, in relationships, in the quiet after wins. NowME straightens the axle — identity first. Then every spoke can hold weight.

Understanding yourself and living from that understanding are two different skills. The assessment measures which of the two you are actually doing.
Same spirit as the fourteen — none of the real items, those stay in the Mirror. Answer three and the dial starts moving toward the family your OldME is running.

An archetype is not a box — it's a position on the road between OldME and NowME. Eight anchor archetypes mark the road; sixteen satellites orbit them. Your result names which of the 24 your OldME is running, and where you stand.
The road — all twenty-four stones.

Fourteen questions tell you if this one is yours →Eight anchors. Twenty-four archetypes. One of them is making your decisions.
Three movements — the whole road from borrowed identity to yours. Step one is free; each is complete on its own. You decide how far to walk.
Fourteen honest questions — answered as you are, not as you intend to be — name which of the 24 archetypes your OldME is running.
I reclaim.
Start below ↓In a small live room, your result becomes one honest direction — the borrowed pattern separated from what is genuinely yours.
I am aligned.
The workshop, in detail ↓Clarity becomes how you live — one real, chosen move at a time. You leave holding your NowME Compass™: where you stand, and the direction that is yours.
I honour.
The Moment, in detail ↓Most tests are built to flatter you. This one is built to be checked — sixty years of peer-reviewed identity psychology (Marcia, Bandura, Kegan, McAdams) and a written specification behind every line of your result. Bring your scepticism. It was designed for it.
Where your self comes from. How much you express. Whether you see it. Whether you act. Four measured dimensions, resolving to the 24 archetypes — a position on a road, not a type.
Reclaim → Align → Honour. The Axis diagnoses; RAH intervenes. Every arc ends the same way: one real, rehearsed move — the same three steps this page walks.
Sensation → Witness → Embodiment. Notice what the body registers before the story starts; watch the pattern as a pattern; live what you saw. Awareness you can train — not just have.
You've done the personality tests. This is the other thing.
A personality type gives you…
·A label. Usually one you half-knew already — interesting for a week.
·The same answer at 25 and 45. It never asks what changed.
·A box. Nothing to do with it — because a box has no door.
The Identity Mirror™ gives you…
✓A position, not a box. You're somewhere on a road — so there's a next stretch, and it has a name.
✓The why underneath. Where your self comes from, how you show it, what you see, what you do — in plain words.
✓A result that moves. Do the work, retake it — it changes. Because you did.
A type tells you what you are. A mirror shows you where you stand — and what moves.

Rahi (Pankaj Rao), founder
On paper I was the free one — married for love, opened a café, built a consulting career. Every choice on my own terms. It took me fifteen years to see the pattern underneath: each "my own terms" was a reaction to someone else's. I wasn't writing the script. I was arguing with it — and an argument is still obedience.
I did what you may be doing right now — coaching, therapy, years of spiritual practice. All of it useful. None of it reached the pattern, because all of it assumed I already knew who "I" was. Then one season took the marriage, the business, and the country I lived in. What was left standing was a single question:
If every choice was a reaction — who was choosing?
I didn't want another opinion about it, so I studied it properly — an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology at the University of East London, two years of formal research, three questions that wouldn't leave me alone: Who am I? What is my life for? How do I live it so it finally feels like mine? The answer became an instrument that measures what nobody was measuring — whose hand is writing your life.
I built it because I needed it fifteen years before I found it. If your life looks right and feels off — that was me. Your pattern has a structure, and fourteen questions find it. Start with the Mirror — free →

"The workshop didn't fix my breakup. It showed me the pattern that keeps choosing the same person in different bodies. Uncomfortable. Useful."
✕You want a quick fix. This is a mirror and a method — not a shortcut around the honest look. The look is the work.
✕You want to look more impressive. This isn't personal branding. It's about whose hand writes your life — not how the cover looks.
✕You're in crisis right now. Then a clinician comes first, and we'll say so every time. NowME works alongside therapy — never instead of it.
No judgment in any of this — wrong season is a real answer. The Mirror below is free either way, and it reads honestly.
You've done the books, the podcasts, maybe the therapy. Life looks right and feels off — and you're done collecting information about it. What's missing isn't another framework. It's seeing the pattern that's been choosing for you.
The work is demanding, and we say so upfront — that's not a boast, it's the filter. It starts with fourteen honest questions.
I'm ready — the free Mirror →4 minutes · free · no account
One boundary, stated plainly: the Mirror is not a diagnosis. It cannot detect depression, anxiety, or trauma — that belongs to a clinician. It measures one thing: how much of your life is being decided by you.
Especially then. Understanding yourself and living from that understanding are different skills, and the second one is where high-functioning people stall. The assessment measures the second one.
Those instruments type your preferences and assume they're stable — useful for teams, silent on direction. The Identity Mirror™ measures something they don't: authorship — how much of your life is currently being decided by you. Because that can change, your result is a position on a road, not a box, and it comes with the direction out.
No — the instrument assumes the opposite. It measures where the deciding in your life currently happens, not how tidy the life looks from outside. Figured-out is what the work builds toward, not the entry fee.
Yes — everything is online, and the voices above span five countries. The method takes the inherited self seriously — duty, family, belonging — which most Western instruments skip, but it is not India-only. Live sessions run on Indian Standard Time; check the listed date and time against your timezone before you reserve. Prices are in rupees, and cards work through Razorpay.
Some people don't. The result names the archetype you are living from — not your worth, and not a verdict. If it stings, that is usually recognition. And it comes with the direction out, which a flattering label never does.
Because it only works if you answer honestly, and a paywall makes people perform for it. Your email is used once — to send your result link — never to chase you. The paid work is where you move, not where you find out.
The three on this page go nowhere — they vanish when you leave. The full assessment keeps only what it needs to build your result link, and the email it's sent to. No account, no ad pixels riding along.
No. There is no number system, no energy work, no promise that attention alone rearranges your circumstances. It is applied psychology, and it will ask you to change what you actually do.
