Refund & Cancellation Policy

This covers Understand Me™ Live (priced as shown on the site, GST-inclusive). The Identity Mirror™ is free — there is nothing to refund.
If you cancel
48 hours or more before the workshop starts: full refund, no questions, no forms.
Within 48 hours of the workshop: no refund. Seats are capped and held for you, and by then the room is set.
Can't make it? Move instead. One free transfer to the next scheduled date is allowed instead of a refund — request it any time before the workshop starts, even inside the 48-hour window.
If we cancel or reschedule
If NowME World cancels or reschedules a workshop, you choose: a full refund, or your seat at the new date. We will email you as soon as the change is made, and your choice costs nothing either way.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method — the same card, UPI ID or account you paid with — within 5–7 business days of approval. Razorpay handles the transfer; your bank may take a day or two more to show it.
How to request a refund or transfer
Email nowmeworldhq@gmail.com with your payment reference (it is in your Razorpay confirmation email) and one line saying what you'd like — refund or transfer. That is the whole process. A person replies.
