Refund & Cancellation Policy

This covers Understand Me™ Live and the NowME Moment™ (priced as shown on the site). The Identity Mirror™ is free — there is nothing to refund.
The short version
Understand Me™ Live payments are final. For the NowME Moment™: if after Orientation and Session 1 you know it isn't for you, tell me within 48 hours of Session 1 and everything you've paid is refunded in full. After that, payments are final.

Payments are final. Your seat is held for you from the moment you book.
NowME Moment™
Refunds: If after Orientation and Session 1 you know it isn't for you, tell me within 48 hours of Session 1 and everything you've paid is refunded in full. After that, payments are final.
If we cancel or reschedule
If NowME World reschedules a workshop or cohort, your seat moves to the new date at no cost, and we email you as soon as the change is made. If we cancel outright and cannot offer you a new date, we refund you in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How to ask for a refund
Email nowmeworldhq@gmail.com with your payment reference (it is in your Razorpay confirmation email) and one line saying you'd like a refund, within the 48-hour window. That is the whole process. A person replies.
