Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what the service needs, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it with one email.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you give it to us:
·The Identity Mirror™ (free quiz): your first name (optional), your email address, and your fourteen quiz responses.
·Workshop payment (Understand Me™ Live): your name, email address and phone number, collected at checkout.
·When you write to us: whatever you include in your email or WhatsApp message.
We do not collect data from you silently, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
What we use it for
·Generating your Identity Mirror™ result and showing it to you on screen.
·Sending your result email, so you can return to your result later.
·Workshop admission: confirming your seat, sending your joining link, and contacting you about the session you booked.
·Service updates about things you have taken or bought — a rescheduled date, a change to your booking, a reply to your question.
We do not sell personal data. We do not hand your details to third parties for their marketing, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Your quiz responses
Your fourteen responses are processed to generate your result, and are stored along with it so that your result page and result email keep working. They are used for that purpose — producing and maintaining your result — and for no other profiling. Your result link identifies the result page you landed on; it does not expose your individual answers.
Your responses are never posted anywhere public.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway. Your card, UPI and banking details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and never touch our servers. We receive a payment confirmation with your name, email, phone number and a payment reference — enough to admit you to the workshop and to process any refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where it lives, and for how long
Your data is stored securely, with access limited to the people who run NowME World, in our systems and in the trusted services we use to run them — form storage, email delivery and payment processing. We keep it while it is needed to provide the service and meet legal record-keeping duties, and delete it when it is not.
Deleting your data, and your other rights
Email nowmeworldhq@gmail.com from the address you used, and tell us what you want: a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Deletion removes your quiz responses, your result, and your contact details from our records (we may retain payment records the law requires us to keep). We will confirm once it is done. These rights follow the framework of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site stores small amounts of data in your own browser (local storage) to remember things like your quiz progress and your self-ratings on this device. That data stays on your device and clears when you clear your browser data.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. If we change this policy, the current version will always live at this address with an updated effective date.
