Privacy Policy

·The earlier Identity Mirror™ (results made before 9 October 2026): your first name (optional), your email address if you chose to receive your result by email, and your answers to that version’s questions.

·The Identity Mirror™ (current version): your answers are sent to our server only to work out your result, and are not stored there. Your result is shown on your screen and is not saved by us. If you tick “help us improve it”, your answers and the type of result are saved without your name, email or any contact details. The sentence you may write about your own pattern never leaves your device. If you send a fit rating or a comment, we receive that rating or comment.

·Anonymous progress counts (Identity Mirror™): to improve the Mirror, we count how many people start it, which chapter they reach and whether they finish, using a random code made in your browser that cannot be linked to you. We also record whether you used a phone or a computer, which link brought you (for example an Instagram post), which result you got (the family and the reflection name), which statements were marked “confusing” or skipped, the 1–5 rating if you tap “Does this sound like you?”, whether the answers came very quickly, and whether you tapped to book a free reading. We also count, without any code or detail about you, whether people choose “Allow” or “No thanks” for advertising cookies. We never record your answers, name, email, phone number or IP address for this.

·If you ask us to keep your Mirror report (Identity Mirror™): your email address, your first name if you give it, the name of your result (for example “the Held Together family · The Second Wind”), the date, which link brought you, and whether you ticked the short email series. Never your answers. If you choose WhatsApp instead, you send the message yourself, and we receive what you send.

·Workshop booking (Understand Me™ Live): your name, email address and phone number, collected by Razorpay at checkout, and the date you choose when you message us. Separately, your browser remembers for 30 days which link or ad first brought you to this site (for example an Instagram post), on your device only. When you reach our thank-you page after paying, we count one anonymous booking against that link, so we know which channels lead to bookings. No name, email, phone number or payment details go with that count.

·A free reading request: the form runs on Google Forms; what you enter there reaches nowmeworldhq@gmail.com and is used only to arrange the reading.

·When you write to us: whatever you include in your email or WhatsApp message.

·Advertising cookies, only if you allow them: see “Advertising cookies” below.

·Working out your Identity Mirror™ result and showing it to you.

·Sending your result email (current version), so you can return to your result later.

·Emailing your Mirror report when you ask for it and, only if you tick the separate box, three short follow-up emails over the next 14 days (on days 2, 5 and 14; one of them mentions the next workshop date). Then they stop.

·Admitting you to the workshop: confirming your seat, sending your joining link, and contacting you about the session you booked.

·Service messages about things you have taken or bought, such as a rescheduled date or a reply to your question.

·Improving the Identity Mirror™, using only anonymous counts, ratings you send, and answers you chose to share for research.

·Measuring whether our adverts lead to bookings, but only if you allow advertising cookies.

·It runs only if you choose “Allow” in the banner on those pages. If you choose “No thanks”, or make no choice, the Pixel does not load and nothing is sent to Meta. On the Identity Mirror™ the banner appears before you begin and again on your result page, never while you are answering.

·What Meta receives if you allow it: that you viewed the page, that you finished the Identity Mirror™, that you asked for your report by email, taps on the booking or WhatsApp buttons, and, after you pay, that a booking was made and its price. Meta also automatically receives technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and Meta cookies (for example “_fbp”). Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account under its own policy: Meta Privacy Policy.

·What Meta never receives from us: your name, email, phone number, payment details, your answers to the Identity Mirror™, or the result it gave you. We tell Meta that you finished the Mirror — never what it said about you.

·Changing your mind: use “Cookie choices” at the bottom of those pages at any time. You can also manage how Meta uses data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

·Netlify: website hosting, the servers that work out Mirror results, feedback forms, and anonymous progress counts.

·Razorpay: payments.

·Google: Google Forms and Gmail, for reading requests and email; Google Fonts, which supplies the lettering on our pages (your browser fetches it from Google, which sees your IP address); and YouTube, only if you press play on the founder film, which is shown in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

·Resend (email delivery, United States): only to send your result or report email, and the short series if you ticked it.

·Meta: only if you allow advertising cookies, as described above.

·Current-version Mirror results and answers: for as long as you need your result page or email, and no longer than 24 months.

·Anonymous research answers, ratings and comments: exported from our hosting regularly to secure storage, and kept for up to 24 months.

·Anonymous progress counts: up to 24 months.

·Report requests and the email series: the sending list until the series ends (day 14) or you stop it; the contact copy for up to 12 months.

·Booking and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.

·Meta cookies, if you allowed them: for the period Meta sets (the “_fbp” cookie usually lasts about 90 days), unless you clear them.
