Using nowmeworld.com, taking the Identity Mirror™, or booking Understand Me™ Live means you accept these terms. They are short on purpose — read them.
What the service is
NowME World offers Understand Me™ Live — a paid three-hour live workshop, priced as shown on this site (GST-inclusive), delivered online on a scheduled date — and the Identity Mirror™, a free self-reflection quiz that collects your name and email and delivers a written result on screen and by email. Both are educational services.
Educational, not therapy
The Identity Mirror™, the workshop, and all NowME World content are educational and reflective tools. They are not psychological diagnosis, medical advice, or therapy, and they are not a substitute for professional mental-health care.
If you are in crisis, or managing a mental-health condition, a qualified clinician comes first — and nothing on this site should delay that.
Your result is a reflection, not a verdict
Quiz results describe patterns based on the answers you give on the day. They are written to be useful, not to be permanent labels, and how you act on them is your responsibility and your choice.
Payments and refunds
Workshop payments are processed by Razorpay. Cancellations, transfers and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Workshop conduct
·One seat per purchase. Your joining link admits you, personally — it is not shareable.
·No recording. The room works because people speak honestly. Recording, screenshotting or transcribing the session is not permitted.
·Respect the room. We may ask a participant whose conduct disrupts the session for others to leave it.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and in the workshop — the Identity Mirror™ and its questions, the 24 archetypes and their names, the RAH Method™, the frameworks, the written results, the artwork and the materials — is proprietary to NowME World. You may use it for your own reflection. You may not reproduce, republish, resell, or teach from it without our written permission.
If we need to reschedule
Occasionally we may need to reschedule a workshop. We will give you notice by email, and you choose: a full refund, or your seat at the new date — as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NowME World's total liability in connection with the services is limited to the amount you paid us for them, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Surat, India. If we update these terms, the current version will always live at this address with an updated effective date.
