Using nowmeworld.com, taking the Identity Mirror™, or booking Understand Me™ Live means you accept these terms. They are short on purpose — read them.
What the service is
NowME World offers Understand Me™ Live — a paid three-hour live workshop, priced as shown on this site, delivered online on a scheduled date — and the Identity Mirror™, a free self-reflection instrument that shows you a written result on screen. (The current version can also email your result if you give your email address; the new version, being tested, asks for no name or email.) Both are educational services. NowME World services are for adults aged 18 and over.
Educational, not therapy
The Identity Mirror™, the workshop, and all NowME World content are educational and reflective tools. They are not psychological diagnosis, medical advice, or therapy, and they are not a substitute for professional mental-health care.
If you are in crisis, or managing a mental-health condition, a qualified clinician comes first — and nothing on this site should delay that.
Your result is a reflection, not a verdict
Mirror results describe patterns based on the answers you give on the day. They are written to be useful, not to be permanent labels, and how you act on them is your responsibility and your choice.
Payments and refunds
Workshop and cohort payments are processed by Razorpay. Understand Me™ Live payments are final. For the NowME Moment™: if after Orientation and Session 1 you know it isn't for you, tell me within 48 hours of Session 1 and everything you've paid is refunded in full. After that, payments are final. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Workshop conduct
·One seat per purchase. Your joining link admits you, personally — it is not shareable.
·No personal recording. The room works because people speak honestly. Recording, screenshotting or transcribing a session yourself is not permitted. Where we offer a replay, we make it and share it with members only.
·Respect the room. We may ask a participant whose conduct disrupts the session for others to leave it.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and in the workshop — the Identity Mirror™ and its questions, the 24 archetypes and their names, the RAH Method™ (Reclaim · Align · Honour), the frameworks, the written results, the artwork and the materials — is proprietary to NowME World. You may use it for your own reflection. You may not reproduce, republish, resell, or teach from it without our written permission.
If we need to reschedule
Occasionally we may need to reschedule a workshop. We will give you notice by email and your seat moves to the new date at no cost. If we cancel outright and cannot offer a new date, we refund you in full — as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NowME World's total liability in connection with the services is limited to the amount you paid us for them, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Surat, India. If we update these terms, the current version will always live at this address with an updated effective date.
